What is The Collective?
Established in 1985, we are a local 501c3, nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with developmental/intellectual and/or physical disabilities, as well as other members of our community who experience barriers to full participation to community life, with a focus on support, quality of life, and community inclusion. Central Oregon Collective (formerly RAP) has six residential homes in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We also offer outstanding in-home support, and community inclusion services. Our Community Center houses our leadership and administrative teams, Outreach, Community Inclusion (CIP), and Vocational Programs. Our center also functions as a meeting place for all of our partners engaged with bettering life for Central Oregonians.
Central Oregon Collective strives to make our passion for people a collective mission, regardless of their different abilities. We are committed to opening our hearts and “home” to enhance and further other worthy causes within our community and beyond. We create opportunities for individuals to live full and rich lives in community with others through our values of passion, mutual respect and generosity.
