Does stress seem to follow you home from work and back again? Many of us struggle to turn off our racing mind and truly relax. There is a way to break the pattern and set yourself up for success! In this Expert Lab, join Savanna DeLuca, Executive Director and Therapist at Wild Heart Therapy and Consulting to learn about emotional agility: what it is, why it’s crucial, and how connecting with yours can help you thrive in all areas of life. It can have a profound impact on success and well-being at work and beyond.


Savanna will share why it may seem some people are harder to get along with than others, how we might experience stress in the workplace, and how to recognize and effectively manage stress for productive outcomes. She’ll also give us some tips on how to cultivate stronger communication skills by learning to address conflicts through open and constructive dialogue. Discover some resources that you have within you to navigate life’s challenges.

·       Recognize stress responses and how to manage them (in yourself and others)

Better still, we’re planning to have some fun while gaining these skills! 

Expert Labs are ninety-minute learning opportunities with local industry leaders. You’ll gain valuable and actionable insights from executives and leaders on how they were able to enrich their careers, expand their opportunities, or as they simply share their industry knowledge. Each session is convened with a Q&A session.
