Join us for an exciting Expert Lab kicking off 2026 that helps you fully uncover your superpowers. StrengthsFinder is a Gallup assessment tool designed to help you identify and deeply understand your top five unique personal strengths. These are your superpowers and understanding them will help you focus in on the unique talents and abilities that you bring to your career, leadership and personal life. This assessment serves as a fantastic tool to leverage throughout your professional journey and across all Emerging Talent programming in 2026.

Remember: If you are an ET Passport Holder, this Expert Lab - and all other 2026 programming is included!  

Expert Labs are ninety-minute learning opportunities with local industry leaders. You’ll gain valuable and actionable insights from executives and leaders on how they were able to enrich their careers, expand their opportunities, or as they simply share their industry knowledge. Each session is convened with a Q&A session. 

Doors open at 3:45 PM | Discussion from 4:00 – 6:00 PM You may cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund. When you register for an event, you agree to these terms. A 3% processing fee will be charged on all credit card payments. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable should you cancel your registration.
