Effective Communication and Emotional Intelligence @ OSU Cascades!

Great leaders don’t just communicate they connect. Join us for an engaging session that explores the powerful intersection of emotional intelligence and communication and how together they build trust strengthen collaboration and elevate team performance.

In this interactive experience participants will learn how to recognize and interpret emotional cues both their own and others and practice communication techniques that foster clarity empathy and confidence even in high pressure situations. Through real world examples and practical tools, you’ll gain strategies you can immediately apply to navigate difficult conversations lead with authenticity and create stronger working relationships.

This session blends self-awareness with actionable communication skills to help you show up as a more effective emotionally intelligent leader in every interaction at work and beyond.

Expert Labs are ninety-minute learning opportunities with local industry leaders. You’ll gain valuable and actionable insights from executives and leaders on how they were able to enrich their careers, expand their opportunities, or as they simply share their industry knowledge. Each session is convened with a Q&A session. 

Doors open at 3:45 PM | Discussion from 4:00 – 6:00 PM You may cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund. When you register for an event, you agree to these terms. A 3% processing fee will be charged on all credit card payments. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable should you cancel your registration.
