Bridging Divides

Name: Bridging Divides
Date: October 5, 2019
Time: 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM PDT
Event Description:
Political polarization creates policy gridlock, undermines our trust and divides us. Until we bridge the divide between left and right, we'll continue to be paralyzed defending "our side" - resisting one another and moving ever closer to political dysfunction. After all, we can't get a divorce. Join us for this practical discussion on how we can bridge our divide and allow politics to move forward in a productive way. - What gets in the way of our understanding others? - How can we truly see from the other's perspective? - How can we affirm our humanity, as well as the humanity of those with whom we disagree? Not Left, Not Right. Forward. Together. There is no cost to attend. However, space is limited and registration is encouraged. Sign up at Facilitators: Marla Estes and Bill Howe
