Financial Statements for Non-Numbers Business Owners
Your business is ready to launch. You're excited to show your customers how you can meet their needs and make you both successful. But people keep asking to see "your financials". What's up with that? Why do you need a Cash Flow Plan? Where can you get an Income Statement or Balance Sheet? What should you do with them? Larry McKinley will answer those questions. In his career, he learned to recognize the value of using financial statements to manage his businesses and chart his success. He understood how solid financials made his plans visible and help gain support from others. You will learn how financial statements can help you plan a successful future and avoid costly mistakes. More importantly, learn how potential investors will view "your numbers" as they decide whether to lend you their money. This SCORE webinar is being ggenerously sponsored by Columbia Bank.
