2025 Impact Conference—November 19

Where insight meets opportunity—and where leaders come together to build what’s next.

The 2025 Impact Conference, powered by Providence Health Plan, is Central Oregon’s premier gathering for business leaders, decision-makers, and community builders to gain valuable economic insights and understand the latest trends impacting the business community and the region.

Guiding the program will be emcee Diana Cutaia, Executive Coach and founder of Coaching Peace,
whose energy and insight will keep the day moving with purpose.

We’ll kick off the morning with a special address from state leadership, bringing a direct perspective from Salem on Oregon’s priorities for business and growth.

From there, we’ll dive into a comprehensive economic outlook with extended sessions from two engaging and trusted economists:

Damon Runberg Senior Economist at Business Oregon, breaks down the statewide and regional picture.
Tim Mahedy Founder and chief economist at Access/Macro, offers insights into national and global trends

The conversation then shifts to a fast-paced Power Round series, featuring:

Andreas Muller-Schubert international AI keynote speaker, explores how AI is transforming industries and jobs.
John Tapogna Senior Policy Advisor for ECOnorthwest
Sara Odendahl Bend Chamber Interim CEO, shares what the newly formed Regional Business Alliance partnership means for Central Oregon’s future.

AI in Action Workshop | November 20 | OSU-Cascades

For those eager to dive deeper, the learning continues the next day with a 2-hour, hands-on workshop led by Andreas Mueller-Schubert focusing on AI solutions for your business.

Capacity for this workshop will be limited to 50 to ensure a highly interactive experience, so make sure to register early!

You may cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund. When you register for an event, you agree to these terms. A 3% processing fee will be charged on all credit card payments.
