Join Bend Emerging Talent for an Expert Lab exploring the many forms project management can take and how emerging professionals can build these skills to become more effective leaders, collaborators, and problem-solvers.

Through a conversation with professionals from a variety of sectors, attendees will hear how projects are planned, organized, communicated, and brought across the finish line in very different working environments. Perspectives will include a more traditional project management structure from Morrison-Maierle, a look at managing projects within Water Services at the City of Bend, and additional voices demonstrating just how transferable project management skills can be.

Whether you’re officially managing projects or simply juggling priorities, coordinating people, meeting deadlines, or turning ideas into action, this Expert Lab will offer practical insights you can apply to your work and career.

Expert Labs are ninety-minute learning opportunities with local industry leaders. You’ll gain valuable and actionable insights from executives and leaders on how they were able to enrich their careers, expand their opportunities, or as they simply share their industry knowledge. Each session is convened with a Q&A session. 

Doors open at 3:45 PM | Discussion from 4:00 – 6:00 PM You may cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event.
