First Annual Celebration of Community Leadership

Join us for a night of celebration and recognition of our community leaders!  Enjoy delicious fare and commemorative beverages while raising a glass in a relaxed and social setting.

With much of BendNEXT's programming focused on developing future community and organizational leaders who have the capabilities to solve complex problems across divides, we are holding a special event to honor those who exemplify these qualities. 

On October 22, 2025, with the community, we will celebrate innovative, collaborative servant leadership and look at real-life examples of what can be accomplished when individuals come together despite differences.  These individuals (and potentially organizations) are not necessarily those who are already in the limelight – many examples of visionary leadership come from those who are working behind the scenes, or in groups that don’t regularly command the attention of the public in their work.

The celebration will elevate and publicly celebrate outstanding examples of leadership and open eyes to what can be done when people work in collaboration, particularly when pulling diverse groups together.  Through the event, we will also raise awareness of BendNEXTs ongoing efforts to educate the local workforce, develop emerging leaders and engage newcomers to the community, sharing real-life examples of the impact.

BendNEXT is the philanthropic arm of the Bend Chamber, and includes programs such as Leadership Bend, Bend Emerging Talent, Bend 101 and key initiatives that address challenges with workforce housing, child care availability and more.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund. When you register for an event, you agree to these terms. A 3% processing fee will be charged on all credit card payments.
