We’ll start with a quick look at the latest housing updates in Bend and Central Oregon before turning the conversation to ADUs — what’s changing, what homeowners should know, and some of the efforts underway to make adding an ADU easier and more accessible. 

Hear directly from the City of Bend and local housing experts, explore real ADU projects and homeowner experiences, and learn about resources available to help you move an idea forward. We’ll also showcase the Bend Chamber’s Pre-Approved ADU Design Library (PADL), a collection of city-approved designs created to help simplify the path to building an ADU.

You may cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund. When you register for an event, you agree to these terms. A 3% processing fee will be charged on all credit card payments. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable should you cancel your registration.
