2027 Bend NEXTUp Leaders Program

Bend NEXTUp Leaders is a dynamic, cohort-based leadership development program designed for Central Oregon professionals at all stages of their leadership journey. Building on the success of Leadership Bend and Bend Emerging Talent, NEXTUp Leaders supports individuals and organizations looking to strengthen leadership skills, encourage professional growth, and build stronger teams.

Whether you're exploring leadership opportunities, stepping into a new role, or looking to grow your skills and impact in your current position, NEXTUp Leaders offers an engaging and supportive environment to learn, connect, and grow alongside other professionals.

Through interactive learning, real-world applications, and peer collaboration, participants will develop practical skills in communication, strategic thinking, team leadership, conflict management, project management, and adaptability—all while building meaningful relationships across Central Oregon's business community.

2027 Program Tuition: $1,100 per participant
