Enjoy some good clean fun at the first annual Bubble Fun Walk for a Drug-Free Community at the beautiful Juniper Pavilion/Castle Park in Prineville Oregon! Take a walk for a good cause and enjoy moving through bubble stations! Registration proceeds will support substance misuse prevention education programs and resources. Register by August 26th to be guaranteed a t-shirt or hat, to register visit... http://bit.ly/3LuJ0Pv Packet pick-up will commence at 10:00 am, and each registrant will receive a free goody bag (while supplies last). The walk event will begin at 10:30 am and will finish at 11:15 am. Each lap completed will earn a raffle ticket. Earned tickets will be entered into a prize drawing at the end of the event. Bubble-themed costumes are encouraged and those who dress up will receive an additional raffle ticket for the prize drawing! The event is family-friendly and the walking route is ADA-accessible. After the walk, stick around to learn more about community-focused substance misuse and resources featuring local subject matter experts. Other fun activities to enjoy include photo opportunities in front of the bubble-themed archway, a coloring station activity where participants will receive a free stuffed wise owl plush toy (while supplies last), and free educational substance misuse prevention-based materials and resources for parents, teens, and community members.
