Made up of members from Pacific Northwest groups Polecat, Petty or Not and Skillethead, the all-star Jenner Fox Band tells stories of people and places with compassion and respect. They’ve twice headlined Sisters Folk Festival and recently opened for bluegrass and folk group Trampled by Turtles at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Formed when they discovered a mutual reverence for Paul Simon, their subsequent project, “National Guitar,” interprets Simon’s music from Garfunkel to Graceland, and honors the influence and contributions of a true American music original.
