Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Printer with experience operating an automatic screen printing press, and a minimum of 1 years experience in Pre and Post Press Responsibilities. Will consider applicants with less experience, such as Manual Printing and are willing to train.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of colors, registration, placement and print quality throughout the production process.
• Monitor and adjust printing parameters as necessary to maintain optimal performance and prints.
• Manage and plan out best practices to produce orders as efficiently as possible.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform quality checks on printed items to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Review & Update Shop Management Software, Job Statuses, Job Issue Reporting and Updating Job Production Imprint Notes.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory of ink levels and supplies utilizing KanBan System.

Responsibilities May Also Include:

· Backup in Pre & Post Press Duties

· Backup in Reclaim Process

· Counting, Folding, Boxing of Orders

· Custom Ink Color Mixing & Matching

Requirements

• Operating an Automatic Screen Printing Press, any Brand is preferred.
• Experience in pre and post screen printing press responsibilities is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Strong vision and hearing
• Ability to see correct colors and shades in artwork
• Clean, neat and organized in all duties preformed. We do not allow ink or chemicals to get on to other items and areas. Cleanliness is a priority!
