Founded by Tiffany Quintero, MBA, PMP, we bridge the gap between complex federal funding opportunities and the communities that need them most. With over 15 years of public sector experience and a track record of securing $43 million in federal and foundation funding, we provide full lifecycle grant services, project management, and technical assistance. Currently supporting Oregon's $688.9 million BEAD broadband program through OBDD contracts, we serve rural communities across Oregon, Washington, and California with mobile-optimized platforms designed for real-world connectivity constraints. Our approach builds sustainable community capacity rather than consulting dependency.
