Strategic thinking is about seeing beyond the day to day. It means anticipating what’s ahead, making sense of complexity, and aligning decisions with long term goals. In this session, participants will strengthen their ability to connect vision with execution, move from reactive to intentional thinking, and focus energy where it matters most.

Through practical frameworks and real world examples, you’ll learn how to prioritize effectively, evaluate tradeoffs, and think critically about how to allocate time, talent, and resources for maximum impact. This session is designed to help you lead with clarity and purpose in an ever-changing environment.

Expert Labs are ninety-minute learning opportunities with local industry leaders. You’ll gain valuable and actionable insights from executives and leaders on how they were able to enrich their careers, expand their opportunities, or as they simply share their industry knowledge. Each session is convened with a Q&A session. 

Doors open at 3:45 PM | Discussion from 4:00 – 6:00 PM You may cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund. When you register for an event, you agree to these terms. A 3% processing fee will be charged on all credit card payments. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable should you cancel your registration.
